How to make sweets
Cappuccino mousse
the components
How to prepare
Prepare a small cup and dissolve the coffee in hot water, leave it aside, then grate the chocolate or chop it into small pieces to make it easier to melt. Bring a small stainless steel pot and heat the cream over medium heat until bubbles appear, then remove it from the heat, add chocolate and vanilla, and stir until the chocolate melts. We take about two-thirds of the chocolate, put it in a deep dish, then add the coffee to it and stir it until it melts, until its temperature becomes room temperature - without putting it in the refrigerator - and it smells like chocolate with coffee. We put the rest of the chocolate in a deep dish, do not put it in the refrigerator, and call it plain chocolate. Bring the mixer bowl, put the egg whites in it, and beat them with the whisk until the egg whites become white, then add the sugar to it gradually and whisk constantly in a slow motion, then with a medium motion until the egg whites become firm. We take about a third of the egg whites, mix them with the coffee-chocolate mixture, and mix the rest of the egg whites with the plain chocolate. Prepare serving dishes, place the mousse in them alternately, and place them in the refrigerator until the mousse solidifies. Sprinkle cocoa on top, then put the chocolate pieces and serve.

the components
The dough
-Three cups of flour.
-A tablespoon of instant yeast.
-A quarter cup of sugar.
-Two tablespoons of yoghurt and yoghurt.
- A quarter cup of corn oil.
-A cup of warm water.
Toffee sauce:
-A cup of sugar.
-Half a cup of cream.
-Chocolate grated for garnish.
How to prepare
- Put the flour, yeast, sugar, milk, and salt in the mixer bowl, attach the mixer paddle, and run it for a few seconds until the ingredients are mixed.
- Add the oil and water and run the mixer at a slow speed, until we get a soft dough, then add more flour as needed gradually, making sure the dough remains soft. Knead for three to four minutes at a fairly slow speed, until the dough becomes smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased dish, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it for half an hour until it doubles in size.
- We prepare two molds, or a 9-inch tray, cut the dough into small balls, then put a small piece of chocolate inside each dough ball, close it well, then place them close together in the tray, cover them and leave them until they double in size.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius, and bake it for ten or fifteen minutes until it turns golden, then take it out and leave it to cool.
- Toffee sauce: We heat the sugar in a small stainless saucepan, until it burns and becomes golden in color, then we add the cream and stir it, until we get the toffee sauce and leave it to cool a little, then serve it.
