 Preparing the Rfis dish


The Rfis dish is considered one of the most delicious and elegant dishes. We prepare it on all happy occasions, especially weddings, and we serve it with cold milk. It is considered among the dearest, sweetest, and most expensive dishes that we serve to guests. The Rfis is eaten with cold milk.
the components:
Kilo rvis.
milk.
2 tablespoons regular sugar.
A kilo of butter.
A measure of honey.
Orange blossom water.
Steps:
1-We put the rafis in a bowl and sprinkle it with milk until we notice that the rafis is soaked in milk, and we leave it until it dries well and we put it in a boiler, like food.
2- When the rafis boils, we put it in the bowl, add the sugar, mix, and sprinkle it with orange blossom water until it is absorbed, then leave it until it dries, then pour it out for the second time.
3- We put a measure of honey and a measure of butter over the fire until the butter melts and sprinkle it with our companion. After the second boiling is over, there is no specific amount. We put it in so that it is soft and at the expense of taste. Some people like it a little sweet and some people like it very sweet and we serve it with milk.

2 kilo dates.

6 cups of flour (flour or flour) or wheat flour.

3 cups of natural ghee or natural butter.

Red curry.

Water and salt to knead the dough.

Steps:

2-Make a thick circle and let it cook.

3-We put it on the dates while they are hot and pound them as shown in the pictures.

7-Add it to the rafis while it is hot and serve with milk.
